COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Vorne Industries 87/415-4D-4 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Watlow products, including obsoleted and phased-out Asyst parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ambitech product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Watlow such as the 93AB1DD100RR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HASSYC810401 manufactured by Asyst and we are pleased to be able to service most Asyst systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SS4A2 by Manufacturer Ambitech as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-bradley Brand 1336SBRF05AAENHA2L6E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yogogawa such as UT150RNUT150 equipment made by Yogogawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yogogawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yogogawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PM2000MMPMA1400 made by Modicon as well as the popular 22BD6PON104 original spares produced by Allen-bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6176M15PNSerC1550M by Allen-Bradley and UT150RNUT150 spares by Yogogawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SA3050A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Abb. |
